To me the house should matter
Two bubbling strings attract her
The [????] I face in light feel groove
Hesitate to throw a coin in
A wish could be a bad thing
When my mouth is just a mesh of drool

And standing on a bridge
I wink at me from up high
I'm chuckin' fish bones as she moves
I want to be like water
And never need a doctor and
Carve the earth without my tools
(Do it all!)

All of the things that I relate to well like goggles and paint tubes
Transparent paper wings that float above me while I sleep
To make the room all natural
To think of dying, dying, dying

Now colored water sinks in
To anything that drinks it
It could crush your skull just like a willow
It doesn't live in houses
It soothes and it arouses
It drips the black spots on my pillow

I want to be like water
And slip into your throat and
I'll make you feel alive and good
I want to be like water
And never have a doubt and
Reflect what is around my pool
(Do it all!)

All of the things that I relate to well like goggles and paint tubes
Transparent paper wings that float above me while I sleep
To make the room all natural
To think of dying, dying, dying

And all the dreams that I awake to read like ghosts of labels
And all the things I hate I wish I didn't have to hate
I'll find a room that's natural
To let them by in, by in, by

I don't think you know just what you're doing
Don't pretend to know exactly all the things you keep on moving
Said, "I don't think I know exactly what I'm doing"
Don't pretend to know exactly all the things you keep on moving

When you wake up from your snoozin'
Wanna tell you how to view it my way
Wanna tell you what I'm doin'
Lazy night I'm playing my drums

Everybody's time is boppin'
Ain't a goddamn way to stop it
It's a song about the days you spent
